Both realized that there was a lack of research that looked at the place these two areas overlap, and so a collaboration was born. At the beginning of the pandemic, nearly 1.6 billion kids have been affected by faculty closures. At the pandemic’s one-year mark, 168 million kids’s schools had remained closed for almost a whole year. During these months, 1 in 3 schoolchildren had no entry to education. Ensure all college students can log in securely, use extra classroom time for learning, and stay engaged with the curriculum.
