When Ms Liang misplaced her pet in 2021, she recalled heading to work that same day feeling “just terrible”. The process, which includes using a mixture of 95 per cent water and about 5 per cent alkaline solution, hastens the decomposition process. Within hours, the company can retrieve the bones and different overseas materials from the pet, and then grind the bones into ashes. She helps to make the sick pets snug by offering Traditional Chinese Medicine remedies, or doing routine check-ups, among different things.
